Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay or as specified during booking.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
